When this statement says we, it means RoyalSEO as the operator of the site and of your account.
Privacy statement
This statement explains what RoyalSEO collects, why, and what you can ask of us. It was last revised on 29 October 2026.
The details we hold
We hold the details you give us when you register, such as an email address, plus a record of your orders, your basket and your balance. If you use the API, we hold the keys issued to you.
We keep payment records because we have to reconcile balances and issue invoices. Payments happen through your dashboard balance, and we do not ask for card details on this public site.
If you publish links on your own site, we also hold the listing details and the payout information needed to pay you weekly.
- Account: email, sign-in method, settings
- Orders: donors chosen, target URLs, content mode, status
- Money: top-ups, invoices and proforma invoices
- Technical: server logs and basic analytics
What we use it for
We use these details to run your account, deliver your placements, answer your messages and keep the marketplace safe from abuse. Nothing else.
We do not sell your details. We share them with a service provider only where the work of running the site requires it, for instance hosting or payment processing.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses the small amount of storage a login needs. Where we measure visits, we look at aggregate patterns, such as which page is read, and not at who you are.
You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. The account area may stop working until you sign in again.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records, such as invoices, we may have to keep for accounting reasons.

Changes
If we change this statement in a meaningful way we will update the date at the top. Please look at it from time to time.
How long we keep things
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and for a period afterwards, so that we can answer questions about past orders. Invoices are kept for as long as accounting rules ask.
Server logs are kept for a shorter time and used to keep the marketplace running and to investigate abuse.
Children
The marketplace is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect details from children.
