These terms govern your use of RoyalSEO. Using the marketplace means you accept them. Last revised 29 October 2026.
RoyalSEO sells individual backlink placements on third-party websites, as editorial articles or link insertions. Each is intended to remain live and dofollow.
We do not sell rankings, traffic or any other search result. Those depend on matters outside our control.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping any API key secret. If you let an AI agent fill your basket over MCP, you remain responsible for approving payment.
You top up your balance in the dashboard. Each paid order draws from it. Balance cannot be topped up through the API, and invoices and proforma invoices are available from the dashboard whenever you need them.
Adding a donor to your basket charges nothing. An order exists once you pay. Most placements go live within about 24 hours, though a donor may sometimes take longer, and the status in your ordered links page tells you where each one stands.
Choose the content mode with care: automatic, your own instructions or your own finished article. Supplied text must be lawful, accurate and yours to publish.
Do not order links to unlawful, deceptive or harmful pages. Do not try to defraud the marketplace or reverse engineer its inventory in bulk.
We may refuse or cancel an order, and suspend an account, when these terms are broken.
Our liability is limited to the price of the order in question, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for changes in search results or for choices made by search engines.
If something goes wrong with a placement, use your account page and include the order details. We will look at it in good faith.
If you list links on your own site, you set the price and you approve every placement. Payouts are made weekly. You must not accept content you would not publish yourself.
We may update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and orders already paid for stay under the terms in force when you paid.
Continued use after an update means you accept it. If you do not, close your account through the account page and raise any balance there.
Contact is simple. Where a rule gives you rights that cannot be removed, those rights stay in force, and questions about this page go through your account page.
